By creating a FarmTrack account and using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

• FarmTrack offers a Free plan and paid plans (Monthly and Annual) billed via Stripe.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Prices are shown at checkout. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscribers keep their current rate until renewal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you believe you have been charged in error.

• Use FarmTrack only for lawful farm record-keeping and related purposes.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the app, or misuse the service.
• You retain ownership of all farm data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own records.

FarmTrack is provided "as is." We work hard to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. You should keep independent records of important farm information as a backup.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmTrack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, profits, or livestock. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
